Moris Farm is an agricultural company that has specialized for over twenty years in breeding Italian Mediterranean buffalo, with a century-long experience as dairy farmers.

Our animals grow at the foot of the Cuneo mountains, nourished with fodder from our own crops. Cultivation, breeding, and production are directly managed by our family to offer genuine goodness with a controlled supply chain. In our business journey, we have focused on the sustainability of our agricultural and food productions. We use cutting-edge technologies that combine ancient knowledge with the evolution of research and natural remedies.
We have significantly reduced the use of synthetic chemicals, enhancing the natural processes linked to our agricultural traditions.

We are committed to ensuring the utmost freshness and goodness of dairy products and buffalo meat. We want to provide our customers with a food experience that not only satisfies the palate but also contributes to well-being and health.

  • 1200 buffaloes.
  • Over 200 hectares of cultivated land.
  • Over 1,000,000 kilograms of milk processed annually.
  • More than 6000 tons of CO2 saved per year with biogas and photovoltaic systems (equivalent to 2,300 cars that on average travel about 15,000 km annually).
  • Thanks to the good agricultural practices implemented in the company, 1 biogas plant and the photovoltaic system on the company roofs, we are independent from an energy standpoint.
  • 9 branded retail outlets distributed across our territory.

From milk to cheese.

In addition to being breeders, we are also passionate processors of the prized buffalo milk in our dairy.

This is how we obtain our buffalo milk mozzarella, aged stretched-curd cheeses, fresh and aged cheeses.

Buffalo meat.

Our second passion.

We process buffalo meat in our facility in Trinità, where a line of exclusive products is born, of high quality and with an excellent organoleptic profile. Buffalo meat is perfect for those seeking a healthy, genuine, and natural diet: rich in protein, low in fat and cholesterol, it is easily digestible and also suitable for balanced dietary regimens. It is fully part of the Mediterranean diet and stands out for its high content of highly assimilable iron, making it a true nutritional excellence with an authentic taste.
