Ingredients: raw buffalo milk, rennet, natural lactic ferments, salt.
Sizes: Approx. 1 kg pack (1 scamorza approx. 1 kg)

Moris Buffalo Milk Provolone.

Artisanal processing, hand-spun paste, then brined. Slightly spicy note. Aging 2 months.

Ingredients: raw buffalo milk, rennet, natural lactic ferments, salt, kid lipase.
Sizes: Approx. 1.5 kg pack (1 provolone approx. 1.5 kg)
