Supremo with Passito buffalo milk cheese is an aged cheese with an intense and refined character, born from the union of rich buffalo milk and the aromatic elegance of passito wine. Its compact and slightly veined texture holds sweet and complex notes, enhanced by long aging that adds depth and structure.

Supremo with Pepper buffalo milk cheese.

Supremo with Pepper is an aged cheese with a bold character, made from pure buffalo milk and covered with a generous crust of hand-ground black pepper. During the long aging process, the pepper penetrates the cheese, giving it intense aromas and spicy notes, without overwhelming the natural creaminess and richness of the buffalo milk.
